Orders can be paid for via bank transfer or card upon pick up.

We're so excited to announce our fancy new bakery oven is up and running (thanks !) and we are ready to TAKE BREAD ORDERS!

We are no longer at Old School Thornhill but will be operating collection from ours for now: 130 Drumlanrig Street, next to the Stove Centre.

FRIDAY collection 4 - 7pm
Orders must be in by the WEDNESDAY 12 noon

TUESDAY collection 4 - 7 pm
Orders must be in by SUNDAY 12 noon

Orders will be taken through our new WhatsApp business number: 07916 615835 You will be able to see what's on offer here every week and chat to me about your order, special requirements etc.

Payment through bank transfer or card preferred (I'll have the card machine ready)!

If you'd like to collect at an earlier point in the day, just drop me a message and we'll make it work.

I'm easing myself in and will just take bread orders for now, pastries coming soon!

Our Housemade family panettone, studded with housemade candied peel and whiskey-soaked fruits.

Of course we sourced the whiskey from our favourite whiskey supplier, .

Best eaten toasted with (brandy) butter, or when it's a few days in, it makes the absolute best french toast topped with cinnamon sugar.

Last ever Triko's Deli Bakery PREORDERS NOW OPEN!

We'll be back at Old School Thornhill this Friday from 8 - sold out with your sourdough staples and Friday treats! Please bear with as I've also got orders to fulfill for the Galloway Food Hub - I have limited capacity and I'm anticipating that it'll be a busy one!

We'll have:

White sourdough 4.5
Rye and oat sourdough 4.5
Seeded Einkorn 4.75

Sourdough brownies 3.5
Sourdough cardamom buns 3.5
Sourdough cinnamon rolls 3.5

Plus whatever goodies I fancy making once I get in on Friday morning.
