Top tier vanilla sponge with strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream, middle tier chocolate fudge cake with Salted Caramel buttercream, bottom tier coconut sponge with raspberry conserve and coconut buttercream 😋

Such a beautiful day yesterday celebrating my youngest sisters wedding. Here's the cake I made for her, she gave me free rein on this one. The leaves are artificial eucalyptus, but all the flowers are sugar work made by myself.

Bottom tier is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream, top two tier vanilla sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream. Cupcakes classic vanilla. Iced sugar biscuits also vanilla.

Huge congratulations to my sister & brother-in-law, it really was the perfect day for you both 💕

Congratulations to Donna & Rebecca 🎉

Married back in August at Hockwold Hall.

2 tier cake and cupcakes designed by the brides. Stained glass effect on the cake, and then sugar shards for glass on the cupcakes.

It was originally meant to be set up in the stacked position, but the top cake was too heavy for the stand and both myself and the venue events manager were worried it would collapse. Luckily she was on hand with her trusty cart to save the day 😊
