MEET THE TEAM ☕️

Meet Jerry – the early bird of Daisy’s! 🌅

If you’ve ever popped in first thing, chances are Jerry has already unlocked the doors, got the coffee machine humming and is ready to welcome you with a smile.

Jerry and Kerry opened Daisy’s together in April 2025, and while Kerry keeps busy creating the cakes and bakes, Jerry is the man behind many of your morning coffees. He’s a brilliant barista and his favourite drink is a cortado. ☕️

But there’s so much more to Jerry than making great coffee!

When he’s not behind the coffee machine, he’s usually busy behind the scenes – ordering stock, keeping on top of the daily paperwork, carrying out fridge checks, making sure all our allergen information is kept up to date and doing all those jobs that perhaps you don’t see, but are so important to keeping Daisy’s running smoothly.

And perhaps one of his most important jobs… making sure Daisy/Kerry actually gets some sleep! 😂❤️

Running a little coffee shop is very much a team effort, and Jerry is not only Kerry’s husband but her biggest supporter, sounding board and partner in this crazy little adventure we started back in April 2025.

There’s a lot that goes on behind our little door, and Jerry is a huge part of it. We genuinely couldn’t do Daisy’s without him. ❤️

So next time you see Jerry, be sure to say hello – and if it’s before 9am, he’s probably already been up for hours! ☕️🌅

🌼 MEET KERRY… aka DAISY! 👋❤️

I’m Kerry, although most people know me as Daisy, and I’m the one behind all the cakes and bakes you see in our counter! 🍰🧁

From early morning starts to late-night baking sessions, I’m usually happiest covered in flour, buttercream and chocolate! 😂

Fortunately, I seem to function remarkably well on very little sleep… which is probably just as well! ☕️🤣

I absolutely love creating new cakes and bakes for Daisy’s and seeing them enjoyed by our wonderful customers.

So next time you’re admiring the cake counter, you’ll know who’s been up at some ridiculous hour making it all! ❤️

You may have spotted them in Daisy’s… and if you’ve tried one, you’ll know exactly why we’re obsessed! 😍

We’re so excited about our recent collaboration with Birch Bakery of Pangbourne, bringing us a fresh delivery every Thursday of their AMAZING (and seriously HUGE!) pastries & buns.

🧀 Cheese & Marmite swirls
🍁 Maple & pecan swirls

And there’s more… 😋

Our croissants are also available filled with cheese & ham or cheese & tomato, then lightly toasted on the griddle until warm, golden and wonderfully melty. 🤤
