Well. it has been a very hectic few months. not many photos on here, sorry. will get some up soon. Would you believe it. we had someone on saturday lunchtime say, their cake lady made a cake for her fiances birthday but texted to say she dropped it and would refund the money. the cake was needed for 6pm that afternoon. She did not even offer to make another one. had to step in and make cake which got to her on time and she was exstatic. note that i mentioned her fiance - this is a good example of how to throw customers away both existing and future.
