A disappointing post. Only other cake makers will understand the time, effort and outlay that goes into making a novelty cake. Thankfully this has only happened once before.

Just to make everyone aware, I do not take offence at a cancelled cake. Just do it up to two days before. It'll save me time away from my family, my outlay and my back.

Unfortunately this cake wasn't collected or paid for.
