I always cover my cake tiers with a layer of white chocolate ganache before adding the final layer of fondant or frosting 🍰 (except for semi-iced)

This helps with stability and keeps the tiers firm in warmer weather, and also because it tastes amazing 😍

They asked me if I could make tiffin (I told them that I never had, but that I would trial it and absolutely give it a go!) .. I think that it turned out amazing!
