One of my favourite finds in Hereford was .bottle.shop

A fantastic shop with so many bottles to explore! I treated us to a couple of bottles, and the staff member (owner I think..) that served us was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I would love to be a little more adventurous with wine so may order more from the online store too. I'm told I need to try a good Chardonnay, so maybe I'll be brave enough next time 🤔🙂 Recommendations gratefully received..

For now, I'll look forward to a special occasion, or random I need wine day, to give these a go. Thanks .bottle.shop it was lovely to meet you 👍

I snuck away to Hereford for the night and stayed at the fabulous

Found some great foodie places around the city too, but for now here are my highlights from the hotel restaurant and cocktail bar 🥂🍹

Last week I had a delicious vegan cake on my bike ride coffee stop. We were at and the coffee was great too 👍

Today I decided to give it a go at home and was really happy with the result. I haven't baked a vegan cake for a long time and it was really easy, ingredients are so readily available these days. And it helps that biscoff biscuits and spread are vegan of course 😍

We had a taste and then quickly delivered it to some friends before scoffing the lot 🤣

We enjoyed a delicious Thai meal last night 😍

I had the chicken, lemongrass and ginger special and it was absolutely stunning, super tasty and full of fresh flavours.

We had a fantastic night catching up with friends last night over a few cocktails 🍹

The drinks were incredible and is firmly on the must visit list for Tenby 👍

We went on to and there was live music, I have missed this normality so much. Thank you so much to everyone who is working so hard to make sure we can enjoy a night out again!

Proper home cooked food with absolutely fantastic service!

We had such a warm welcome at
and the staff were so friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive to our meal. The perfect balance for good service!

Alongside that was a stunning lunch, which I loved for it's home cooked vibe. It was all piping hot, the beef was so tender it fell apart and those roast potatoes were some of the best I've ever tasted 😍

The pub itself has a lovely atmosphere and we will definitely be back to try an evening meal soon.

Thank you to the staff who looked after us, you made our day yesterday 👍

When you need cake but don't want to leave the house!

This morning was about a quick and easy bake that would be perfect for an afternoon treat...lemon drizzle is always a favourite.

I used a Paul Hollywood recipe, it definitely needed more lemon in the sponge and more mix, but was super light and the topping gave it a good lemon zing 🍋

After an extended baking hiatus, today I came back with a decadent bang!

Rich chocolate brownies, with a sticky, gooey layer of salted honey butter 😍

I've been thinking about this combination since Christmas, but just hadn't had the desire to bake. Things are finally changing and these were absolutely worth the wait!

Perfect for a wet and stormy bank holiday when all other plans are cancelled ☔🌪☔

The So-Cal - 2 beef patties, cheese, bacon, guacamole and bacon ketchup 😍

I'll be honest...it beat me! It was a huge meal...one where you keep eating even when you know you should stop 🤣

The best burger I've had in as long as I can remember!

I had a lovely bike ride in the sunshine this morning, with a cake and coffee stop of course!

is at Milton, they have fantastic coffee and bake awesome chocolate brownies!

Takeout only at the moment, but we found a spot around the corner to enjoy our treats.
