Today is all about ! 🍫🌰

It's (yes, that's really a thing!) and we're all for it! Hazelnuts and chocolate - is there really a better match?

If you're into Nutella, you'll absolutely love gianduja. Gianduja is an intense, velvety hazelnut chocolate paste originating from Italy and is incredibly delicious and addictive (yes, we've eaten spoonfuls at a time!) 😋

We, of course, make ours from scratch and start with a smooth hazelnut praline base which is packed full of roasted hazelnuts to make it deeply nutty and gloriously luxurious.

To celebrate, here's our Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch cupcake - a rich Belgian chocolate sponge, topped with our silky Belgian chocolate ganache, toasted crunchy crushed hazelnuts and, of course, filled with a oozing molten centre of gorgeous gianduja.

It's National Popcorn Day! We're celebrating with this indulgent Caramel Popcorn cupcake 🍿🧁

A beautifully soft vanilla sponge cake filled with a toffee cream centre. Finished with a swirl of our signature Madagascan vanilla buttercream, a drizzle of our secret sea-salted caramel sauce and crunchy, buttery toffee popcorn.

Gingerbread Wreath Cake - just to add to that festive feeling this week! ❄️🎄💕

We love this time of year, and the smells coming from all of our Christmas bakes are an absolute delight. Is there anything better than that fresh out of the oven gingerbread scent - deliciously sweet and full of warming spices.

This Gingerbread Wreath Cake is the perfect centrepiece to any festive table and makes a great alternative to a traditional Christmas cake. Inside you'll find a triple layer brown sugar sponge spiced with cinnamon, ginger and allspice. It's then filled with our creamy signature Madagascan buttercream and topped with handmade stars and snowflakes ❄️🌟❄️🌟

It's National Cookie Day and what better way to celebrate than with a fresh batch of choc chip cookies! 🍪

These ones happen to be Choc Orange Chunk Cookies - we add fresh orange zest to these beauties and milk and dark Belgian chocolate so they're packed full of festive flavour 🍊🍫

This particular batch will be hand delivered by the big man himself 🎅 in tonight, raising money for Be Happy Support 🎄🌟

It's all about Biscoff today! We think you'll love this caramelly, crunchy Biscoff cupcake 🧁🧁🧁

This lightly spiced, brown sugar sponge cupcake is topped with a swirl of our signature Madagascan buttercream. The cupcake is finished with a Biscoff sauce drizzle, a shard and buttery speculoos crumb.

As always, we can make these and suitable for diets 🌱
