Stranger Things cake for my great nephew Joseph’s 11th birthday, layers of neon green vanilla cake and chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge frosting and covered with white chocolate ganache and fondant.

Princess Annie’s 8th Birthday cake, I wanted to make the Disney Castle for my wonderful great-niece, but my sister was delivering it so had to make it less dramatic than I would if I was delivering it myself, so it has the Disney Castle colours and the roof patterns and some pretty flowers on climbing vines like the inspiration photo Annie chose.
