The Harbour Cafe is a community enterprise run for the benefit of the community of Tayport. It's on the Fife Coastal Path and the Fife Millennium Cycle Route. Staffed by 5 passionate, local team members and by our amazing volunteers. We serve homemade soups, hearty toasties and sandwiches, breakfast rolls, Belgian waffles, homemade pancake stacks, ice cream, ice cream milkshakes, freshly ground co

Chris Kelly Sunday 30th August to September 26th

Chris is a Fine Art Graduate living in Dundee. He has exhibited his watercolours in the cafe in recent years, and his work is always well received. His favoured subject is the River Tay, and its skies are his principal inspiration. This year, the work also explores more of the Tay and its atmosphere. Chris invites you to come along to enjoy the show, relax, and enjoy the excellent food and beverages at the Harbour Café.

Jenny Moran & Susan Pask

Our present show ends this Saturday, the 29th. It is the work of two local artists, Jenny Moran and Susan Pask. Jenny lives in Tayport and has always sketched and painted. Using acrylics, her work is vivid and spirited, showing woodlands as mysterious places and meadows as busy with life. Susan creates colourful works using soft pastel. She is inspired by the fleeting moments we see in nature, capturing the vibrancy of forest light and beach walks. So please come along to enjoy the show and enjoy some of the excellent food and beverages the café has to offer.

Morning all, unfortunately we are having issues with our coffee machine again. So today we will only be able to serve Americanos or Teas. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We are doing everything we can to get this sort ASAP.🙂

We still have our usual menu of soup, sandwiches and toasties etc. We also have our usual homemade cakes and scones. ❤️

Our present exhibition is coming to an end tomorrow, Saturday the 25th. It features the work of Louise Kirby, who works in Dundee. Louise studied Printed Textiles at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, Dundee, in 1999. She is inspired by vibrant habitats, dappled light, and the often-unnoticed journeys of creatures; Louise creates playful, uplifting artworks that reflect the contrast, harmony, and richness of the natural world. She works across a range of bespoke commissions, including healthcare environments, healthcare illustration, creative and cultural projects, and public art trails. Please come along to view her show and enjoy some excellent refreshments in the Harbour Cafe.
