Orders take 5/7 working days for processing as everything is hand made to order, during busy times the waiting time will be longer but will keep you informed..... Delivery Please note unless stated other wise we will send parcel out to the address on your paypal account so please make sure it is up to date All our products are handmade to order so please allow 7-10 days to be processed and dispatched During busy periods or for larger orders please allow 10-14 days Orders will be sent out 1st class recorded delivery therefore will be needed to sign for upon receiving We take the up most care in packaging all our products for delivery but unfortunatley we can not be held responsible for any damages that may occur in the post In the unfortunate event that a parcel does not get delivered to your address then please get in touch as we can track your parcel in the event of a parcel not arriving we cannot be held responsible but will provide you with all the information for you to make a claim against Royal Mail but this cannot be done until 15 days have passed when Royal Mail will class it as lost ..
