Hi all,
I’m sorry I haven’t posted for a while. I have done quiet a few cakes but havent posted them as I havent wanted to push the business recently.
Times are getting harder and I have noticed a big hike on the cost of ingredients and energy costs, so much so that once you have added all the costings in and the time, im making nothing on the cakes and you cant run a bussiness like that.
I also started a new job back in may, where im working 5 days a week around my children, which im realy enjoying. I took this job to have more family time and doing cakes around my new job isnt giving me that.
So with great sadness I will no longer be taking on any orders for cakes. Thank you for all your custom and support over the past few years, its been a wonderful small bussiness to run, but times change and its time to move on!
