This lime & blueberry poke cake was the perfect picnic pudding for my mom’s birthday celebration!
Super soft cake packed with fresh blueberries & soaked in handmade lime curd - delicious!
Finished with stable icing drizzle & transported in a cool bag with ice packs - giving us a fresh, perfectly formed slice of cake - no melting buttercream or sweaty sponge here!

My mom started me on my baking journey so always try to ensure her cakes are half as good as all the amazing creations she’s made for me!
