A wedding cake almost too pretty to cut… almost.

Surrounded by sunshine in the marquee at Daviot Steading, Anita & Murdo’s beautiful day was packed with lovely details, relaxed moments, and plenty of sweet treats.

From the fresh berries to the soft styling throughout the marquee, everything came together perfectly for a classic summer wedding celebration.

I did it! I made our own wedding cake!

Bottom tier: vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries and a white chocolate ganache.

Middle tier: chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and salted caramel.

Top tier: tiramisu inspired cake. Vanilla sponges soaked in coffee, with a mascarpone filling.

After our last wedding cake delivery tomorrow - that's me closing for most of May now! I’m not getting married just yet so will still be responding to enquiries for a little while longer.

After the wedding we are jetting off on honeymoon 💒💍 Will post photos of my wedding cake on here after the wedding as I'm making it myself! See you all end of May/June 💕
