A recent creation for my daughters 6th birthday. Her favourite Bluey 🥰

Top tier was vanilla with salted caramel buttercream. And the bottom tier was vanilla with strawberry compote and vanilla bean buttercream.

Apparently it was the best cake ever so the pressure will be on for next year 😂

Happy 8th birthday to our beautiful boy 🥳🥰

I love having the freedom to create…

This wedding cake was designed using the wedding dress as inspo.

It’s a small 2 tier combo including a tall 6’inch and small 4 inch. Lemon with a raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and a little drizzle of extra raspberry coulis in between layers.

I’ve used a textured buttercream finish and handmade wafer paper leaves lightly dusted in an ivory and eucalyptus colour palette to blend in with the wedding colour theme.

The Blissful Baking Story

Hi, my name is Tania and I’m a cake maker and decorator based in Kingswood, Tadworth Surrey.

I’m also a wife, mum to a 5 and 2 year old and an Australian now living in the UK.

Baking is something I’ve always done. As a child, I remember helping Grandma with some good old fashioned country baking on the farm in Australia. From helping to stir a batch of Küchen, delivering a freshly baked potato cake to the sheep shearers or just enjoying a warm piece of cinnamon cake fresh out of grandma’s oven.

I started Blissful Baking in 2014 in a small kitchen in our flat in Kingston Upon Thames and have since moved to our new house with thankfully a much bigger kitchen in Kingswood. I’ve made numerous cakes for various birthdays, weddings and other life events. I love it.
