1. Burnt a basic spong cake (yup no excuses, just happened! 😮‍💨)

2. Back in August I had the quietest week ever (Matt ended up benefiting from it😆)

3. Couldn’t take on a couple of custom orders because was feeling stressed at work (time management and having spare mental capacity matter😵‍💫)

4. Went ingridients shopping without a list and came back forgetting the chocolate and had to pivot the menu (should’ve not trusted my memory these days🙂‍↔️)

I’m sure there are more…life isn’t always going to perfect, is it? Gotta embrace them all! 🫠🤭

A reminder of I’m closed for next week. 💕 Big thank you as always for this week, brownies & cookies went out soooo fast again (my expectation is all wrong 🤣). Hope you all loved the goodies. Get ready for some spooky bakes on the 16th! 👻

Happy Friday! 😻 Check out the goodies I baked this week, a mix of cake, brownie and cookies for everyone:

🍋 Lemon Celebration Cake Pot
🍫 Triple Chocolate Brownie
💗 Biscoff Stuffed Cookie
🍪 Cornflake Crunch Milk Chocolate Marshamllow Stuffed Cookie

£3 Each.
Any brownie and cookie 4 for £10 (*excluding cake pot).

All freshly baked.👩🏻‍🍳

✨ Big lemon flavour is here, all packed in the cake pot: lemon drizzle sponge + curd + zesty lemon buttercream. That’s why we are celebrating 🍋! (I use unwaxed lemon).

✨ Don’t need to say much about the brownie, they are fudgy & super chocolatey. Have them warm or ice-cold are equally delicious, just your preference! 💕

✨ I quite enjoy making stuffed cookie at the moment…there’s something special about it. 😌 Buttery cookie dough stuffed with different goodness and bake to chewy centre & crispy edge!

I’m closed next week so baked a little more for this week. 🙌

This deserves some celebration…I doubled what I usually bake this week & was worried could get plenty of leftovers but I’m glad I was wrong. 🥹 Surprisingly the cookies went faster than the cinnamon rolls! 🙌

Every week is a different mix, apart from my dear regulars, I don’t know who will pass by, when they’ll come, or if they will stop. This element of surprise also makes running this quite fun (and daunting because of the uncertainty). 🧘🏻‍♀️

Sooooo thank you very much for visiting my little home bakery today, it was lovely to get to meet some of you and have you engaged with other visitors! The honesty system only really work because of you. ♥️ Have a lovely weekend, see you next week!

It’s OPEN🌟 Today 25th September now until 7:30pm.

Friday’s here and the box is smelling GOOD! 🙂‍↕️It’s also moon festival today, keep an eye on the full moon guys. 🌕 Right I’ve broken my record to wake up at 5am this morning to bake these goodies, hope you all enjoy them:

💛 Custard Cream & White Chocolate Cookie £3 (*Any 4 cookies for £10)

✨Cinnamon roll is back after its popular debut! Thanks a lot all, I do enjoy making bread even it’s a two day process. Started off with kneading this lovely enriched dough, layered with buttery brown sugar & (extra) cinnamin mix, bake to soft & gooey, finally topped with vanilla icing. Have it warm is the best! 😋

💫Have you had either cookie flavours yet? It was two of the bestsellers for letterbox goodies over the summer. And I’m bringing it back this week, hope you like them.💗

Is it a side hustle? Yes. Is it ONLY a side hustle? No.

Where do I start…I was feeling losing control over my life, especially navigating through adulthood facing all the choices, making difficult decisions and simply wanting to be happy. On paper life looks great (what else can I ask for that kind of great) but deep down I know I’m losing that sense of purpose and eventually will lose myself.

Baking consistently again and build something from scratch for other people with complete freedom have helped me connect to that girl I used to know. Let my imagination run wild, try to turn it into reality, and seeing an impact whether small or big. I never had expectation for Honesty Goodies | by Celine , just grateful that I’m able to share. When I feel like it’s hardwork, that’s okay, because I’m the lucky one having you all here. 🙂‍↕️
