It’s OPEN🌟 Today 29th May now until 9pm.

It has been crazily hot🔥until today, coming back from Spain and didn’t expect it to be warmer, what a treat! I’ve baked three goodies to celebrate a better night’s sleep tonight…😆

🍫 Raspberry & White Chocolate Brownie
🍏 Apple Crumble Cake
🍪 Marshmallow & Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie

Who doesn’t like a crimble crumble with fresh bramley apple? Perfect sweet and sour flavour all goes into the vanilla sponge cake! Try it 🍰

The beloved brownies & cookies have been very popular - the secret is that lots if chocolate goes in! ❤️ As always, for the brownies, little reminder is to chuck it into the freezer for 5 minutes for better fudgy texture! For the cookie, pop it into the microwave for 5 seconds if you like melted marshmallow. 🤤

£3 each, any 4 for £10. All freshly baked. 👩🏻‍🍳

Cassie’s Cosy Corner Stories is starting a book treasure hunt “Look For A Book” over the summer holidays for kids around wichelstowe, what an amazing idea to have fun, enjoy the outdoors and get into reading for free! 🍫Triple Chocolate Brownie

🍪Matcha & Strawberry White Chocolate Cookie

Let me help you to make the decisions. 😸

If you fancy extra chocolatey treat, definitely go for the brownie! (If it’s bit soft due the the warm weather, please pop it to the freezer for 5 min for better fudgy texture.) 💗

If you like something lighter, fruity and nutty for a pick-me-up, go for the bakewell cake. 🍰

If you like tea and want something earthy or try something new, the matcha cookie is the best! (my recipe is doubling the matcha than average recipe just because I LOVE it and want the flavour to really come through😆). Personally I think white chocolate & strawberry both compliment the rich tea flavour very well!

🍫Biscoff Brownie
🎂Victoria Sponge Cake
🍪Deep Dish Cookie (chocolate + marshmallow)

Biscoff spread & biscuit layered brownie baked to perfect fudgy texture. Very popular last time💗

Victoria sponge is light and fluffy vanilla cake sandwiched with buttercream & strawberry jam, perfect with a cup of tea! 🫖

Deep dish cookie is like a cookie cup - chocolate chip cookie dough filled with chocolate spread, mini marshmallow & sprinkles. If you like the gooey centre, I recommend to pop it into the microwave for 5-10 seconds! ✨

Celebrating small achievement 🎉

It’s been just over 3 months since I started , and I haven’t skipped a single week! No matter how busy life got or how unpredictable the weather was, I showed up.

As an idealist, I have unrealistic standard for most things, not good enough, little room for mistakes or catastrophising small failures. Running this definitely helps (or rather forces) me to loosen that grip, embrace the uncertainties, and appreciate the process for what it actually is rather than what I think it should be.

And engaging with this community has been nothing short of beautiful. It’s a learning curve, a slow, imperfect but unmistakably positive one.

Finally big thank you for your support this week again, if you enjoy the bakes, a facebook review would be much appreciated! 🙌 (if you don’t, feel free to be honest too!)
