My ‘day’ job in theatres at Southmead Hospital had a Big Theatre Bake Off today, so obviously I had to enter! I done a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and a pineapple and passion fruit conserve filling, with an edible ‘colour your own’ image wrap, edible ink pens, and chocolate brains filled with strawberry jam 🔥 Neuro themed as that’s the specialty I work in 😌

Oh, and Won 1st Place too 😏

Final picture is from 2nd place, also an amazing cake! 👏🏼
