It’s a cookie dough brownie caramel & ganache… Vanilla cake with chocolate ganache center with another layer of cookie dough brownie caramel & chocolate ganache. Then buttercream icing to finish off..

When is a cake not a cake? When it’s a BROWNIE!

The theme I was given was; GYM & HORSES & make it NOT a sponge cake.

Children’s Gruffalo Birthday Cake

“A gruffalo? What’s a gruffalo?” “A gruffalo! Why, didn’t you know? He has knobbly knees, and turned-out toes, And a poisonous wart at the end of his nose.”

Such fun to make!

This cake was five layers of lemon 🍋 sponge - with 🍋 buttercream icing inside.

The colour of buttercream on the outside was brown but not chocolate flavoured.

🍋 Custom made cake topper & name charm on the front.

Here’s my latest cake. What would your next cake design look like?

🐆🦒Jungle themed cake with buttercream design, and wooden animal decorations can strike a perfect balance between rustic charm and elegance.

The cake features four layers- smoothly frosted in buttercream with soft, natural tones : think sage green, ivory, and hints of earthy brown. The side has a subtle textured finish of leopard print.

Finished with a mirror gold custom cake charm.
