Here’s a cake done the other week for my friend’s niece, it’s vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream in between the layers, covered with a butter ganache with a white chocolate ganache drip and sweets!!

Mixture of gluten and gluten free sandwiches, gluten free blondies and gluten and egg free brownies. Unfortunately the profiteroles I can’t take credit for 😂 one of my aunties made me these and they are the best of the best!!

I done one of my lovely friends husband a gamers themed cake at the weekend 😋
Vanilla sponge with a vanilla buttercream, a white chocolate ganache covered with a milk chocolate ganache chocolate drip. Finished off with a mixture of chocolates!! The controller was handmade by me, not the best but not bad at my first attempt!!
