No-gluten ingredient bakes!

Thank you fo everyone who reach out, and shown interest in a preorder based no-gluten baked goods.

As previously mentioned that is for skill and recipe improvement for now, therefore will be on a lower price until I can test and develop the recipes.

Gluten free baked goods ?!

Hi, my name is Boglárka and I’m a pastry chef/ baker for 16+ years now.

I go a lot of interest in gluten free bakes in the last couple of weeks, and also seems we had some sensitivity in the family, therefore I decided to improve my gluten free baking. 🤗

Disclaimer: everything is made in a kitchen where gluten containing products are used, but all preparations are separate as much as possible, and th products are made non gluten ingredients- therefore they are “no gluten containing ingredients baked goods” (NGCI)

I’m thinking to do a subscription for this type of products to test and improve, the price would be as low as possible ( to cover cost of making ) and would ask for feedback.

I would like to see if there is an interest in that type of subscription for the gluten free people?

Open tomorrow from 8am - No fish stall this week, he will be back next Saturday.
We do have Sarson Honey joining us all this month.
We welcome Sweet T's, Knits & Bobs and Boglars Cakes.
It is probably another wet weekend but grab a brolly 🌂☔️ and wander up the High Street to support our wonderful traders and all that Highworth has to offer!
