Still waiting for the shed to be painted! Since being in hospital I've decided to out source as much as I can so have someone lined up to paint for me next week. 😉

📣📣Slight change of plan - the cake shed will become the bread shed!

After the incredible response to my gluten free 🥖baguettes, I'll have available freshly baked baguettes on Wednesday and Sunday - watch out for start date!

I've learned that gluten free baguettes are a bit like people - give them the same ingredients, the same care and conditions and they still insist on being themselves. These three were made from the same dough, same proving and same oven - yet they came out with their own shape and character - a little unruly and refusing to be tamed! And all the better for it 🥖🥰

I have just a few gluten free custard slices available today - I haven't mastered the skill of making only enough I need! £3.50 each boxed and pick up mumbles road 3-4pm today - first come first served! Xx
