Jam packed August ahead of us! Two Agricultural shows and a three day festival in addition to the normal markets 🍰

Plenty of opportunities to come and support lots of local businesses, which is so important especially in these times where bigger corporations are raking in mass profits but not giving back to the local communities. It’s also my birthday in the first week of of the month, what better gift to give than to buy some cake from me 👀

There’s just something so calming about a traditional Victoria sponge… Soft vanilla sponge, vanilla bean buttercream, lots of strawberry jam in the centre and loaded with fresh local strawberries 😍🍓

Perfect summer treat 🥰
