There was just one very previous person missing, Elizas grandmother and my beautiful friend, Yolande 💔.
Once we saw the hat box design we had to do it in memory of Yolande being such a talented milliner.
Elizas reaction was priceless ❤️❤️❤️

Made a healthy version of a Raspberry magnum for this weekends retreat clients. Raspberries blitzed with coconut milk and maple syrup, set in a mould, covered in thick dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of pistachios. Perfect refreshing dessert after a huge Italian inspired lunch.

When one of your chef bestoes opens a new cafe the other end of the country, but has been let down by the Baker, its Karen cakes to the rescue!
This little lot was baked and posted yesterday, and arrived in Scotland this morning, all ready to go on sale.
I hope they've sold well.

Two red velvet cakes this weekend, this one for a 40th birthday, customer (a lovely friend of mine) ordered it for her lovely hubby's 40th birthday, loaded with his fave chocolates, they've sent me photos and I have permission to share, as you can see, 6 layers of decadent sponge with lashings of white chocolate buttercream The birthday boy was delighted.

The 50th birthday of my fabulous friend definitely called for some cake Gary's fave, coffee and walnut, a Victoria sponge, and vanilla cupcakes topped with party rings and jammydogers. I did do a buffet too but we are that before photos lol....
