Sugar & Spice Cakes I've been making and decorating cakes for as long as I can remember. I'm based in Swansea. I now work from home making cakes for all occasions.

I planned on using gold and black glitter for this cake. I wondered if it was possible to make glitter, and if it would be successful. After all these years I'm still learning new things! This is the result. I made different size pieces and them added individually with tweezers. I question my sanity sometimes 😂

Happy Anniversary Jan and Jonathan. 35 years since I made their coral coloured cake and it's their coral Anniversary.
19 tiers in total, one tier was taken to each table. Hours of work with delicate piping on each one, tiny pieces of ribbon inserted around the sides. Cut out icing edging on the board around the base of each with cut out detail and piping. I made orchids and small flowers for the top of each one. The ring box on the top tier was made of icing.
