I've been making and decorating cakes for as long as I can remember. I'm based in Swansea. I now work from home making cakes for all occasions.

Simple and elegant or elaborate and dramatic. Almost anything is possible. I have been making and decorating cakes for as long as I can remember. I still love every stage from coming up with ideas to mixing, cooking and decorating. Many cake makers now make cakes in their spare time, fitting it in around other commitments. For over thirty five years I have been making cake full time, this means I give all my attention to the cakes I create and I am always available for phone calls and emails.
