Three tier Neapolitan drip cake completed today! Top tier is pink sponge cake filled and coated with strawberry flavoured pink buttercream, drizzled with white royal icing. Middle tire is sponge cake filled with lemon and gin curd and lemon buttercream, coated with lemon buttercream and yellow royal icing drips. Bottom tire is chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and chocolate fudge filling, coated with chocolate buttercream and chocolate fudge syrup for the drips. The cake is topped with macaroons, fresh roses, fresh strawberries, lindt chocolates, curly whirly, party rings, Belgian waffles, gold crunch and edible glitter! 🍓🍋🍫
