In my little bakery today testing a new cookie flavour for Sundays market, it’s stuffed with Jam and Custard, can you guess what it is???

Also prepping some of my fillings so I can start rolling the cookies. I’m aiming for 500 cookies and this will take me around 3 days to make everything.

This week is always the hardest week of the month as it’s non stop but so worth it come market day when I get to see all my amazing customers ✨

This week is slightly different from the usual restock because there’s a treat box available to order as well as pick & mix items

I’ve done the treat box off the back of customer feedback, to give everyone more of a chance of getting one of each of the most popular items on the menu. There will be a treat box every month on the last week of the month before the menu changes, always open to new ideas if this doesn’t work ✨
