Less than two weeks to go!!! 🥳🙌

You may notice this market is not on the first Sunday of the month as it usually is. We had to bump the market back a week due to the Swansea half marathon which is taking place this Sunday. Good luck to all the runners 👏🏻🍀

So this means you have to wait a little longer for Junes market….but not too long! Sunday 14th June, we will be back in Victoria park with over 25 amazing local small businesses. We’ve got some exciting new and returning traders so keep a look out for the full line up 👀

I was planning to do Blueberry & Biscoff cheesecake stuffed cookies for the June 14th Vicky Park market, they were really popular last month. But now I’m thinking should I do something different and maybe do a Lemon & Blueberry cheesecake instead???

Cookie dough & slutty brownie stacks 🔥🔥
Who remembers these??

If you’ve been here for a while you’ll remember seeing these, I used to make soooo many stacks. They were the perfect alternative to a birthday cake for people who aren’t that fussed on sponge. A layer of cookie dough topped with buttercream and a layer of slutty brownie (that’s brownie on the bottom & cookie on top for those of you who don’t know what this is 🤭) topped with more buttercream and all the chocolate decorations!

I miss making these creations, things just got so busy with postals that I didn’t have time for custom orders. I’d love to start doing a version of these when I eventually get a shop.

Shall I bring them back??

Snickers Crunchie cookie pie💥💥

Brown sugar cookie dough pie filled with a layer of chocolate spread and Snickers, topped with a white chocolate fudge and crushed up Crunchie bars

I need your help 🙏🙏

It’s just over 3 weeks until my next pop up at Vicky Park Market and I have a dilemma!
For like forever I’ve been doing Kinder Bueno stuffed cookies as they are always so popular.
Milk & white choc chip dough stuffed with a white chocolate hazelnut spread, which tastes just like the inside of a Kinder Bueno……but I’m thinking of changing up the flavour, maybe doing something like Kinder & Nutella instead???
