Today’s loaves fresh from the oven, Bearded Bumpkin plain sourdough and Cheesy Grin sourdough with mature cheddar and jalapeno peppers.
Both made from a blend of white and The Fold Granary April Bearded regeneratively grown wholemeal flours. Lovely! 😋

It’s a sourdough loaf made from a mix of white, spelt, rye & wholewheat flours, topped with oats. Followed by a few pics from our recent trip to Grasse in France.
