It’s that time of year again and the Not Cross Buns are singing. Sourdough, enriched with eggs and butter, full of earl grey soaked fruit and topped with a citrus chai double glaze. I’m glad they all sold out as I can’t stop eating them…. I’ll definitely make them again for the Easter Weekend
