I'm Whoopied Out! 😆

Another 360 whoopies in progress for this weekend after making 1,080 last week for the NEC Show! 😀🎉

I've never made anything in these kinds of quantities before, and it's certainly been a challenge. We've learnt so much along the way!

They're so fiddly to make and each one has to be individually boxed... but don't they look delicious? 😋

To top it all off, our draft lease came through today, and all I can think about is how different this would be in a big production unit instead of my little bakery.

I'm excited, scared, nervous... and incredibly grateful all at the same time. ❤️

There's so much going on and so much to do, but I can't wait to share what's next.
