This is the latest cake from Butterfly Bakery, Nottingham Forest football cake
A 6” 3-layer Red Velvet cake filled with vanilla buttercream and a 6” Chocolate sphere cake filled with chocolate buttercream.

This was a beautiful 3 tier wedding cake made by one of our Butterfly Bakery Ambassadors Sandra Holland.
This was for her daughter who recently had her wedding at Rufford Abbey. Sandra had help from the other Butterfly Bakery Ambassadors with the hand made ivy leaves as you can see there was quite a lot of ivy, and covering of the cakes.
All the Roses,Ivy, Eucalyptus,Gypsophila was made from wafer paper and hand painted. The green lace around each tier was hand made too.
This was a 10” Chocolate filled with Morello Cherry conserve and chocolate buttercream, an 8” Red velvet filled with vanilla buttercream and a 6” Lemon cake filled with Lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.
The cake looked amazing!
This is a testament of what you can achieve by coming on the Butterfly Bakery courses and also becoming a Butterfly Bakery Ambassador! 🦋
There are courses starting in September, and you too could be making cakes like this!

We’re incredibly proud of ATTFE College’s Butterfly Bakery enterprise for providing a pro bono catering service at a recent memorial event held at the Education Centre, King’s Mill Hospital 💙🦋

The service was held in honour of a long-standing member of staff whose dedication touched the lives of patients, families, colleagues, and the wider community over many years, continuing to work into their 80s. Around 150–200 guests attended to pay their respects on Tuesday 23rd June.

Our Butterfly Bakery team were honoured to support such a meaningful occasion with hospitality that helped bring comfort on a very difficult day.

Liz from Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust shared:
“It was truly exceptional and all our guests were so impressed and appreciative. You really made a difference to a very difficult occasion, a very special gift of good hospitality.”

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved.

Last week Butterfly Bakery made the Evolve students at ATTFE college, leavers 2026 cupcakes! 🦋 All the students enjoyed them at their celebration get together last Thursday 🦋

Last week Butterfly Bakery made a 1st birthday cake and cupcakes for one of our Butterfly Bakery Community Ambassadors Sandra and her Grandson.
We also welcome Emma Currie our new Community Ambassador for Butterfly Bakery, who has a passion for making bespoke cakes. Emma helped with the birthday cake ! 🦋
