Yesterday’s wedding cake delivered and set up at The Carriage Hall in Plumtree.

A beautiful venue for this two tier semi naked cake. A 10” 4 layer lemon cake with homemade lemon curd accompanied with an 8” vanilla cake with homemade strawberry filling.

I was very lucky to be invited to this beautiful wedding and I was very proud that after 11 hours of being out the fridge, the cake was still standing 😊😊 xx

The remaining cake pots are going to Mansfield Police Station this evening for the night shift response officers.

Two nights in a row they’ve had a sweet treat from Bec’s Cupcakes 😋…..always nice to give back though for all the hard work they do 👮🏽‍♀️👮🏻🚓.

Freshly made today.

Vanilla sponge and buttercream with either homemade raspberry or strawberry sauce filling……..Equivalent to 3 cupcakes per pot.

These are all made from cake layers with all the sides removed, so the best part of the sponge 😋.

Busy day with lots of cupcake orders so I made extra cupcakes to get the Christmas mock up boxes done and photographed 🎅🌲.

Christmas toppers removed which left the buttercream slightly messy so topped them with lots of sprinkles and this box is now on its way to Mansfield Police Station, for the officers on night duty tonight as a treat xx
