Hi everyone. I have decided to stop making cakes for a while, this was a difficult decision but it enables me to spend more time with my family and children. Making cakes is a stressful business!! Here is the birthday cake I made for my Mum. 8" vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve and coated in a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache. Happy birthday for tomorrow Mum! Love you! xx

Here is yesterday's wedding cake delivered to Cheltenham for a beautiful wedding yesterday. Flavours were vanilla and raspberry on the bottom, next was a lemon tier, then chocolate and oreo and then lastly the top tier was coffee and baileys. The cake was based on a design by Rosalind Miller. Many congratulations to Rachel and Paul! ###

Here is today's christening cake, the bunting design was taken from the invitations (as in the bottom right of the picture) and the little dog cake topper was based on one of Oliver's teddies. 11" and 8" tiers of vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve, coated in a layer of belgian white chocolate ganache. xx
