Merry Christmas 🎅
It’s been a funny old year. They say the 5th year is the wobbly one and they weren’t lying. We have secretly stumbled through challenges but we are absolutely proud to have the business in such a positive position. Always dread the end of year phone call but they said bloody well done!

Ending 2025, we’ve got through a lot of jobs, we are 2 people who decided to make something out of nothing, and we achieved it. Our staff make us but they also break us 🫶🏼🥲 It’s not for the weak!

We are up to full staff which is incredible, it’s really tough to find people in the trade willing to work like we work.
Exciting expansion in 2026, new vans coming, new work coming.

Customers can’t Thankyou enough, baring with us in busy times, next year is looking so much better already.

Our workshop is located in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield.

RB Fleet has expanded rapidly since starting in 2020. 🌟
We have a cracking Team on the frontline of our Business, we all work hard together & keep the Transport Industry moving.

We operate a HGV Truck & Trailer Repair & Maintenance Service to many major Transport companies across the UK.
Weekly Inspections, Breakdowns & MOT’s - we cover a wide range of repairs.

As a 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, you will responsible for;

*Assisting Customer Requests / Booked Work.
*Communicating with Technicians.
*Managing PO Numbers & Keeping Compliance To A Very High Standard.
*Parts Ordering & Stock Management

Previous experience within a Workshop setting or Parts Experience would be desirable.

As a 𝗛𝗚𝗩 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻, you will have a company van which you will work out of. Each van is equipped with equipment/ stock required. Our brand image is to supply a service which is Above! the standard of work, not just the bare minimum so we’re looking for a dedicated experienced Technician to Join us.

Work can vary between Workshop & Customer Sites we cover a wide area of Birmingham, Tamworth, Coventry, Swadlingcote, Derby, Leicester.

* Weekly inspections to a high quality level
* MOT preps
* Defect Repairs

This is a message to our all amazing staff you gave up there time yesterday to help in the Christmas convoy you all made me and Kim proud big shout out to Ryan Griffiths and Gary Cooper Shann Fletcher who where like little whippets running around dishing out chocolate and last bit not least Andrew Day who is the brains behind it all this man deserves a massive cheer for what he does for local community think this has been the biggest turn out I have seen yet rb was glad to be part of it. HGV Technicans Required 🌟 we have a opening for the right person to join the team

We are a HGV Truck & Trailer Maintenance Company Based In Sutton Coldfield (Birmingham). We have an equipped workshop in Sutton Coldfield which sees us carry out all maintenance, MOT and defect repairs.

We also have several equipped mobile workshop vans running throughout the Midlands driving onto major brand customer sites carrying out all routine maintenance and repairs.

We have the need for x1 or more enthusiastic Technicans to join our Team and be involved with our growing team.
