I was determined to make a 3 tiered cake for the occasion even though I had never done it before. Everyone was gobsmacked that I did it and it tasted beautiful and looked gorgeous. I am completely self taught in cake making, cake decorating and model making. My creative side has grown with my business and I now believe I'm a Cake Artist.
