Jon Clarke is an artisan baker with over 35 years' experience, including working at many award-winning bakeries, such as The Long Melford Patisserie and The Cake Shop in Woodbridge. Alongside your everyday loaves of bread, there is a range of sour dough breads and flavoured speciality breads, such as beetroot and horseradish, jalapeno chilli, and curry! There will also be a range of traditional cakes, including doughnuts, scones, danish pastries and cinnamon whirls.
