Hi everyone, sorry to announce that I will not be having a stand at the Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival this year. I have family issues so will be putting Christine’s puddings on hold. We have had a great journey, met and made friends with some fellow foodies and lovely customers. Won awards, had fun at festivals and met lots of celebrities. Thank you for being wonderful to bake for x 🐞

I have seen a lot of change in the food we can now get after being a Coeliac for 50 years. It used to be bread in round tins, cardboard biscuits, and if you wanted a pudding - well, it was a fruit salad!

On our way to a gluten free food fair in Cardiff today. Lots of sweet and savoury tarts, and puds onboard. Including my sticky toffee which won a gold in this years Taste of the West Awards

Christmas Pop-Up here today at Bramleys in Sturminster Newton. Across the road from the The Workhouse Chapel – 2.30pm to 6pm. Come along and enjoy a glass of Mulled Wine and a tasty treat. We have Christmas Puddings, mince pies, sticky toffee puds and lots of other festive goodies. We also have wheat-free bakery bread, pizza bases, flatbreads and scones, these are frozen, so bring along your cool boxes for stocking up for Christmas. A Coeliac for over 40 years, Christine knows quite a bit about the gluten free diet and also how hard it was to find good puddings that were gluten-free.

It used to be bread in tins, cardboard biscuits (that could break your teeth), and if you were in a restaurant and asked what was for pudding, you usually got the answer – a fruit salad! How it all started – a few years ago with a gentle kick from a local business man, Christine made and sold her first batch of luxury Christmas Puddings, packed full of delicious gluten free ingredients.
