Back to our Winter hours the Victoria Street shop is open 10:30am-3:00pm every Sunday with Hot Pies in the Counter around 11am and the Sunday Papers arriving on the stand usually by 12:30pm.

Of course Alaina really should be playing today for the Under 18s but is out today due to injury 😢 BUT we do have no less than 4 other girls turning out for the teams today - Meryl in the Under 14s and Dana, Robyn and Ada in the Under 16s - Good Luck to all the teams and especially our Argo’s Girls!!!

Following today’s announcement that the Post Office in Kirkwall has closed unexpectedly we are looking for an individual (or two!) trained in Post Officer Counter Services who may be able to help us out over the next few weeks. The last time the branch in Kirkwall was closed we saw a marked increase in customers using our services and since then we ourselves are struggling for PO trained staff to cover the hours we are already open, and unfortunately before this announcement, we were looking at reducing them. The hours we would be looking for help are as follows
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Monday & Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm.
