Thank you for all the amazing messages, it's been the craziest week but this was definitely the 🍒 on the top! (Apart from coming home!)

So many people have supported me, you know who you are - just thank you.

Sometimes being self employed can be overwhelming, lonely and definitely make you challenge your life choices, but not today. These are the moments that propel you onwards.

I've had the privilege to bake some very exciting cakes into he past, and this one will definitely get filed away in that folder too x

As you might know, I'm in hospital. I'm being discharged today! But it's been a week from hell with pain, uncertainty and a lot of fear. The only thing keeping my mind off my problems was this darn cake!! There was absolutely no way I was cancelling it.

With a lot of support and some very sneaky Uber rides, I managed to get it done, and thanks to my incredible husband for delivering it on time, specially for her grand finale this morning on

10/10 wouldn't recommend icing and decorating a cake with a very poorly arm, but 100% glad I did! 🙈
