POT WASH/ CLEANER & GENERAL ASSISTANT

LOCATION:Beaumont Patisserie Ltd, Birmingham

HOURS:Monday to Friday, straight shifts (daytime)
Start: Immediate

ROLE:
You will support the production team by keeping the kitchen clean and organised.

MIN DUTIES:
• Washing trays, utensils, and equipment
• Keeping sinks and wash areas clean
• General cleaning of production areas
• Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
• Basic support to the team when needed

WHAT YOU NEED:
• Reliable and able to turn up on time
• Comfortable working on your feet
• Good attention to cleanliness
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience helps but not required

WHAT YOU GET:
• Stable Monday–Friday work (no weekends)
• Straight shifts
• Friendly team environment
• Training provided

Beaumont Patisserie is a fast-growing patisserie and dessert production business supplying wholesale clients across the UK. We’re looking for a committed Pastry Chef or Pastry Operative to join our production unit in Witton, Birmingham (B6 7DD).

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Your duties:
• Prepare pastry items: mixing, baking, assembling
• Follow recipes and batch sheets
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Support with prep and cleaning tasks

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in pastry, bakery, or food production
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and able to follow instructions
• Works well in a small team

Hours:
🕒 Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM start (shifts vary with production needs)
