Please feel free to pop me a message. Hi, my name is Hollie I am a mum to six children, all of which have various allergies. I created Booay Free-From Bakes in 2020 when my eldest daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Although this isn't a food allergy or intolerance, it's a serious autoimmune response where the treatment is to strictly avoid all foods containing gluten

. I had always found it extremely difficult to find suitable allergy free treats, before adding in the need of being gluten free too. Seeing the disappointed look on their faces when they missed out on goodies got me thinking of ways I could change this and so Booay Free-From Bakes was created. All my bakes and goodies are made in my family kitchen which is completely free from Eggs and Dairy. My eldest daughter is coeliac and extremely sensitive to gluten so all gluten free bakes are made separately after a kitchen deep clean including the oven. I have everything separate including trays, utensils and cupboards. I am extremely knowledgeable when it comes to allergies feel free to contact me.
