Congratulations to Norman on his 80th birthday.
A huge shout out for his contribution as an airman in the RAF too. Absolutely thrilled when asked to create this cake for him.

We didn't place the hand crafted topper or candles as we wanted him to see the sharp finish before anything else was added. Plus we knew there were extra family surprises coming too.

Good morning to you all and welcome to the month of June.

A little while back I showed you a cake that was created for a 60th wedding anniversary with the words 'Tottering by Gently'. Many of you know that I'm all about the details and try my best to get as close as possible to what is requested.

Although we've been quiet on here recently, work in our kitchen last week was full on. Completely forgot to take photos of what was delivered and set out on Friday, except for one tray of carrot cake bars. Preparing, delivering and serving savoury and sweet items to feed 100 guests was no mean feat.
