🌟 Open Day Giveaway 🌟

Hello everyone, hope you are all well and enjoying the sunny Sunday. This coming Saturday is our monthly bakery open, we have the seasonal wild garlic on the menu and the ‘always sell out’ basque cheesecake. please drop me a message if you would like to order. Don’t forget to enter the giveaway contest too, a chance to win £20 to redeem at the open day. Simply do the following by end of 24 April, Friday.

Note: prizes are to be redeemed between 10am to 12pm on 25 April 2026.

100% Artisan Sourdough Pizza Dough

It’s a sunny Sunday and the rest of the week. Are you ready for pizza? 😋🍕 we are going to have the sourdough pizza dough ready at the open day this Saturday so if you would like some, please drop me a message. Don’t miss out! 😋

* 100% sourdough fermented pizza dough
* each dough balls weighs 250g (make into 10inch size pizza)
* use high quality organic wheat flour from
* without additives and preservatives
* great for freezing
* vegan and vegetarian friendly
* we use olive oil only (no processed oil like rapeseed oil)
* the dough could be used to make cheesy flatbread, not just pizza 😋 (ask me for recipe)
