Hi, My name is Will and I love to bake! I am 15 years old and have been baking for as long as I can remember. A little about me. Baking is my passion.

Every week there will be a different item available to buy! I also have my Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety In Catering certificate. When I leave school, I'm hoping to go on to an apprenticeship in food and hospitality. I currently live with my mum's and sister. We do have animals but I ensure an immaculate kitchen in accordance to health & safety standards. We are also a 50% vegetarian and 50% vegan household, so you can be certain that cross contamination will never occur.

Luscious Lemon Week was the winner for this weeks theme!

This week is going to be a different style to the other 2 bakes...
This Thursday I am going to be baking to order!
Available to order:
Box of 4 Lemon Muffins ( 5 boxes will be available )
Box of 4 Lemon Tarts ( 5 boxes will be available )
A Lemon Drizzle Cake ( 5 will be available)

The Muffins will automatically have frosting ontop and curd in the middle of them.
The Tarts will also have fresh cream on on them.
