Apologies to everyone driving behind me on Sunday morning with this beauty - where permanent hazard lights were featured and at one point I was driving slower than an OAP cyclist.

She was worth it though 😍

I began baking in 2013 because I wanted to make people happy - I relished in creating something for friends and family that they would enjoy.

It was only when I was whisking up a storm in a cloud of icing sugar that I realised it was the process I enjoyed more than the result - I found myself giving away all of my bakes just so I could lose myself in the tranquility of my kitchen once more. I had suffered with low level anxiety for a while and realised that I found peace in creating something not only beautiful but also delicious - I was hooked.

One day someone asked me ‘Do you accept orders?’, I had no idea! I called my mum and asked ‘Do I accept orders???’, she responded ‘Of course you do!’...there was no going back.

I now have all manner of customers who have entrusted me with creating something wonderful for their special occasions; from a Star Wards themed cupcake board, to a Macaron tower 1 metre tall and Naked Wedding cakes covered in gorgeous fresh fruits.
