Red velvet sponge 3 layer cake with cream cheese frosting inside and Swiss meringue buttercream on the outside.
Milk and dark chocolate drip and chocolate coated fresh strawberries
Finished off with champagne candles 🎂

So I haven’t baked since October.
I celebrated the big 50 with my wonderful husband taking me to Niagra falls and New York (the city that has my heart).
Anyway I had a little baking session for home and the girls at work.
Belated happy new year to you all and look forward to showing you this years designs 🎂

I am now closed for the rest of the year. I have decided to take time away from baking to spend time with family and friends and complete 50 things to do for my big 50 in December.
I would like to thank you all sincerely for the support with orders and sharing my page.
I’ll be back in the new year with new flavours, ideas and of course competitions

Covered in red American buttercream
Finished off with edible print of the birthday girl’s own painting and adapted with sugarpaste drapes and handmade gems and painted gold.
