We have a very welcome visitor from France at the moment. Chaumes...a typically French pasturised cows milk cheese from the Dordogne region. A washed rind cheese, lovely soft texture, perfect with grapes & celery.

With thoughts of cruising around Norway, I thought I'd order some of the lovely Norwegian Gjetost. Brown cheese for those who can't pronounce it (including me). Lovely sweet smooth caramel slightly nutty flavour. One deffinately to try. Made from a mixture of cows and goats milk.🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴
