One of the favourite things about making cakes is I get to make them for my family. As most already know I am going to become a Nannie later in the year and it was a pleasure to make a cake and iced biscuits for the gender reveal. A whopping 10” vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam and royal iced cookies in a lovely ‘What will it bee?’ theme. Happy to say we are having a granddaughter! 🎀💕

First cake of 2025! So happy with this one and can post now the recipient has received. Also got to use my new edible sheet printer that I had for Christmas. This was a 4 layer 8” vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream. Apart from bottles everything is edible including the little limes! 😊
