I’m so excited to finally share the very first menu for my Saturday Cake Collection!

Of course, the star of the show had to make an appearance… my Vanilla Slices 🤩 But joining them this week will be Bueno Stuffed Double Chocolate Brownies, Raspberry & Lemon Drizzle and a proper old school favourite – Vanilla School Sprinkle Cake!

The idea is to keep things exciting, with new bakes and flavours being added each week. You might see different brownie flavours, traybakes and other classics making an appearance along the way…

But one thing is for sure… the Vanilla Slices are here to stay! 😂🙌

All orders must be paid for upfront. Once payment has been received, I’ll send you the collection address from my studio.

So, I’ve decided to bring a little bit of Cromp’tons cake heaven to Scholar Green every Saturday! 🍰

I’ll be opening up the studio for a Saturday Cake Collection, packed with some of your favourite bakes — because let’s be honest, do we really need an excuse for cake? 👀😂

And there’s a little deal too…

🥂✨ 50 looks GOOD on you, Claire! ✨🥂

A little bit of pink, a little bit of sparkle and a whole lot of celebration! 💕

This gorgeous 50th birthday cake was designed around one very important thing… the fizz! 🥂🍾

A champagne-style ice bucket, a bottle of bubbly and those beautiful silver details — because if you’re celebrating 50, you might as well do it properly! 😍

And of course… a little personalised touch with Claire’s name on the board. 💗

Progress 🙌
One week on and I’m finally making some progress. I did have a set back on Friday, but since then I’ve been able to stay on track in the hope to be back to some sort of fitness level that enables me to commence my markets again.
Thank you again to everyone who has messaged and wished me well. And to my amazing family who have helped me along the way and continue to do so. ❤️
