Started out making cakes as a hobby and for birthdays of friends and family as i'm lame at choosing birthday presents for folk. Been to Stoke-On-Trent college for following qualifications:

NCFE Cake Decorating Level 1
NCFE Cake Decorating Level 2
NCFE Sugar Flowers Level 1
Sugarpaste and mazipan modelling. Fully insured and hold a Stage 2 Hygiene certificate. Have included photos of ALL cakes i h

ave made in the past, all made by me so you can see the quality of the cakes i produce. Give me a theme or ideas and can easily email designs for you to choose from with prices. Delivery is included in price. Currently do not ship cakes. (Currently not making cakes to sell at the moment but will be doing again in the future at some point after lockdown). Current flavours i do:

Plain / vanilla (wheat/gluten free version available)
Almond - think bakewell tart (contains nuts)
Lemon
Strawberry
Chocloate (wheat/gluten free version available)
Red velvet

Will be working on other flavours throughout the summer!
