Drip cakes can incorporate a theme as well as somebody’s favourite chocolates/sweets. All drip cakes can be made with ganache (chocolate and cream mixed together - similar to what proper chocolate fudge cakes are covered in) in place of buttercream. These can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave for a few seconds so they melt 😋😋😋
