Since 2012, I’ve been a professional cake designer specializing in elegant, sugarpaste-covered wedding cakes, all crafted from my on-site cake studio. Sadly my order book is now closed to new bookings. If you already have a booking secured, please rest assured that everything is in hand—I’m so excited to create your cake for your big day! For safety reasons, I do not cater for allergies, as I cannot guarantee that any products are completely allergen-free.

Hellooooo! Apparently Facebook thinks it’s been far too long since my last post, so I’m guessing it must be missing me 😆

It’s been very quiet on the cake front recently with no wedding orders to complete… and then, just like buses, two come along at once next week!

We’ve been busy decorating the house the last few weeks and getting everything ready for some exciting personal changes next year. It feels so good to finally have the time to focus on ourselves properly again after being so busy for far too long. Loving this slower pace and the chance to recharge a little. ✨

It’s sad knowing that this was the final time for me creating this design and delivering to this venue and they’ve both been my favourite for over 13 years. A piece that has evolved with me, each one uniquely crafted, growing in beauty and detail every time. It’s been a true labour of love 🥰 🖤🤍.

I had a play with a new design idea here, inspired by a CakeFlix tutorial — and I was over the moon when it won Cake of the Month with it🥰
Rice paper sails to decorate and wrapped around the base tier sails with edible pearls, sand and shells… a bit different but I think it works beautifully.
